Cleveland Thurman Campaign Item
Submitted by Kelly:
I was trying to identify an item that belonged to my dad. I don't know where to search. I have tried websites but nothing comes up. It looks like a clasp from bib overalls strap. Think possibly brass. All it has on it is cleveland & thurman. Do you possibly know what it is? I thought of a overalls company. Sports item. City item. Nothing i can find. He had it wrapped like it might have some value but I have no clue. If you could help i would appreciate it.

Meyer Davis Plays The Inaugural Ball 1961 - Kennedy
Submitted by Richard:
I have come across an album (Vinyl LP) for which I can find absolutely no
information whatsoever on line. The album is titled, "Meyer Davis Plays the
Inaugural Ball 1961". It is by Warwick Records - catalogue number W 2035.
I've searched every possible combination and simply can't find any reference
to this recording whatsoever. It plays great and the cover is in very good
condition.

Wondering if someone could help me with an engraved "Farewell Banquet" box for Gen. U.S. Grant, Palace Hotel, Oct. 25, 1879 with the guest name of Adam Grant, a prominent figure in San Francisco at the time, engraved also. It has a little damage in the back only where it appears the outer casing, which appears to be tortoise shell, has 3 small areas which have broken off.
