I've had this button for over25 yrs or more. I found it in a House that was built in early 1800s it use to be "THE HOUSE" in Charlestown West Virginia. Harpers Ferry was 10 miles away.

What it appears you have is an individual button from a set of twenty seven different presidential buttons issued in 1912. My guess is that on the reverse it probably says Whitehead & Hoag who were the manufacturers of the buttons. The set includes presidents from George Washington to Woodrow Wilson. The buttons typically retail in the $15 - $30 range each, depending on condition. Hope this helps.
