John F. Kennedy Railroad Tribute Order

This is a handwritten order from the President of the Wabash Railroad Company issue November 25, 1963 requiring all trains and engines to stop for one minute beginning at 11:00 a.m. as a memorial tribute to the death of John F. Kennedy.

  1. That's an interesting item. I've seen quite a number of other such pieces from different schools, companies and industries, including one from the Commandant at the US Naval Academy, requesting that the annual Army-Navy game in 1963 either be canceled or re-scheduled in respect for JFK.

    From similar items, I'd say it would fall into a $200-250.00 price range. But those items have a narrow audience - specifically those who collect assassination-related materials.
